Larry and his wife Pat are full-time residents at Davis Lake. They have been coming to Fort Myers for years. Pat’s father came to Fort Myers at 10 years old in 1925. Even though they both grew up in Illinois, she spent her summers here and even attended Fort Myers high school for a year.Larry has an engineering degree and a Master of Divinity from the Lutheran Seminary. Larry has worked in management for 20 years and as a Minister for more than 35 years. Larry and Pat were business owners and sold their last store in 2021 and retired. Larry has since accepted another ministry position, and he and Pat do daily home visits to shut-ins. Larry brings multiple skills and experiences to the Board which make him a strong Board President. Larry and Pat have 3 children and 5 grandchildren

Mike Raway and his wife, Jan, have enjoyed being part of the Davis Lake community since purchasing their condo nine years ago. Mike spent an impressive 42-year career with 3M in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, where he dedicated the final 22 years to the quality control labs. He began his lab career as a technician, advanced to Head Master Lab Technician, and ultimately served as the sole technician in the Quality Lab. Throughout his time at 3M, Mike also contributed his leadership and expertise by serving on various teams and committees. He retired 15 years ago, bringing with him a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to service.
At Davis Lake, Mike continues to stay involved in the community. He currently helps care for the garden around the well as part of the gardening efforts and joined the pool furniture committee last year. Mike has a lifelong love of cars and is a proud Corvette owner. He also enjoys music and played in a rock band during high school, and he’s a fan of the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Mike has two married adult children and seven grandchildren. His experience, reliability, and dedication to the community make him a valuable addition to the Board.
Treasurer Rita Bolli (112) ritacrawfordbolli@yahoo.com Term 2026 - 2028
Rita is serving her second term as Treasurer of the Board. She has a degree in engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. Rita comes to the Board with a vast amount of experience in management, finance, and administration. She has done a remarkable job of developing and managing the Davis Lake Budget for three years. She has also served as the on-site project manager, a mammoth job, during the renovations since Hurricane Ian and was single handedly took care of all problems during our reconstruction. Rita and her partner LG live in McCall, Idaho during the summer months. Rita and LG have 6 children, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

Barbara and her husband Edward have been coming to Davis Lake since 1985 when her parents Ted and Helen Kozma bought their condo. Barbara became the owner of the condo in 2011. Barbara has a master’s degree in mathematics and a doctorate in Administration and Supervision in Education. She served in various positions in education in New Jersey for 34 years, retiring as an Assistant Superintendent of Schools and Board Secretary. She has a background in facilities, teaching, curriculum, management, supervision, finance, and grant writing. Barbara and her husband live on the Erie Canal in Fairport, NY during the summer months. They are the parents of three children, five grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.

Bill and his wife Karen have been married for 32 years. Bill’s parents, Bill and Madeline, were among the original owners at Davis Lake—they purchased their unit straight from the plans before construction even began. Bill and Karen have owned Unit 1013 for the past 10 years. Their daughter Maggie, lives in St. Petersburg with her husband, Juan. Bill is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender with M&T Bank in Connecticut, and Karen serves as the HR Director for Imperial Dade in Milford, CT. They are looking forward to retiring in 2027 and making Davis Lake their full-time home.
